If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I booked Ferndale Banquet hall for our wedding which was scheduled on August 29th 2020 moved to May 8th 2021 and was eventually canceled due to covid with ample time before that date, so someone could book instead.
After several attempts to request our money back we have had nothing but radio silence. I've had family members get involved, and have sent many calls and emails and even considered to go to the better business bureau if nothing came out of it.
This hall should be absolutely ashamed of themselves! I understand that Covid has caused

Do not work with this Hall. They take your money and then ignore you as though you don't exist. These owners ought to be ashamed of them selves. Understood that Covid hit business like this hard, but it doesn't give the right to take advantage of hardworking innocent people.

This was our 2nd year hosting our Pharmasave Christmas Party at Ferndale Banquet Hall - and we've already booked again for next year. The food is PHENOMENAL, and the service is OUTSTANDING! A big reason we love Ferndale Banquet Hall is all thanks to Amanda, the Catering & Events Manager. She goes above and beyond each time, ensuring the night is completely stress free.
