Thank you for considering us for your seasonal camping destination. We are currently sold eout of our seasonal sites. The site prices do not include hst or extras. Each site is for 2 adults and 2 children (18 and under); water & electrical hookup (and sewer or grey water hookup) plus one gate card loaned for the season.

Spent 2 summers there. I heard before covid this place was great!! But since covid, owners costumer service has downgraded. Services has downgraded but no adjustment to cost. Owners are quick to complain but you send them an email or message to get feedback and no response. I think this place would be amazing if they had new owners. Ppl thst work there are great.

First time here. Have told Mike for last 4 years I was coming. Thanks to covid and the ridiculous reservation system for Provincial Parks, We decided to ditch the Provincial sysyten in favour of a private park. Lancaster Park Outdoor Resort was the perfect choice! Very impressed with the size of the sites we chose 193 & 206! Enjoying our stay very much! Mike, Joy and Mike's sister Shannon have been wonderful hosts!!

Pretty gross that they can't even provide any washrooms for the guests. Especially gross that there are no washrooms down near beach. There is one portable toilet but it never had toilet paper and was for bar patrons only. Not too fun swimming in piss water.

Ive been here since may 7th and havent left yet love this place there always working and doing something to keep things up customer service is great and the restaurant is wicked good no night time wardens on your back for having a little fun and the beach is amazing and again well kept ill be here for many years to come it ready feels like home

I came late in the season of 2020 in the middle of a pandemic. The owners and staff have been nothing short of amazing to deal with and very helpful for a first time seasonal camper.
Unfortunately do to Covid I haven't yet had the pleasure to enjoy the live entertainment or the fun activities that this park usually has for it's guests. Though I do plan to stick around long enough to find out.
I'm totally looking forward to my first full season, the tiki bar, beach, and delicious eggs benny delivered right to my site from their amazing on site restaurant.

Very nice resort. Restaurant, tiki bar on the beach, delivery to your site by golf cart. Restrictions a little over the top due to covid but they are attempting to keep everyone safe.

Fun family park. The kids loved the beach area with the inflatables. The adults enjoyed the live music at the bar in the evening. Some area are a little run down and there are not any off leash areas if you have a dog. We would go back for sure.

Place is clean and very nice. camp spaces are perfect. Only issue is that it is not really an accommodating space for handicap people when visiting. was refused entry with vehicle when arrangements could have easily been made for car not to remain on lot on arrival. when conversation was done at reception I was asked what do you want me to do?!! We managed and figured it out (had people wait for us while we got our car from the campsite to pick up people at the entrance). On a better note the restaurant is awsome, beach is amazing. just stating facts and true reviews..
