Tri City Cycle & Sport is located in the heart of Waterloo, Ontario a few blocks from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University. We are approximately 4000 sq feet which includes our apparel building on the back side of our showroom. Our first store was established in 1990 at 135 Lexington Court in Waterloo.
Owner, Randy Kuchma (a licensed technician since 1979), opened with only 2 employees and became an authorized Polaris dealer in 1994. Then in 1995 he became an authorized Suzuki dealer and in 1996 became an authorized Yamaha dealer.

Very knowledgeable team from sales to service. a no b/s shop that you can trust. Randy has set time aside from his busy days when i need his help and this shows his relentless work ethic. staff have gone out of the way to help me with my old suzuki and i look forward to when i can purchase a new one to go along with it.

The BEST powersport store in the area...period! Randy and his crew are fantastic, my winch wasn't working for an up coming SXS race and somehow Sean the tech got it to work...incredible. Jen in the Parts knows her stuff as well. If you want a small shop feel that they actually know your name but large enough that they stock virtually anything you need, look no further. I'd give more stars but it only goes to 5.

Long story short;
You will be hard pressed to find a better shop owner (Randy) in South western Ontario.
Over my half a dozen dealings with Randy it's evident his passion lies in the sport of riding, and seeing the public/customers enjoying the sport, over profits/margins/quotas etc.
I recently visited Tri-City to purchase a sport bike, when I got there I came to find out the unit I had set my mind on had just been sold :(
It's as if Randy could see the disappointment in my eyes, he invited me into his office for a chat. He asked some important questions about how and where

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, even worse ownership. I would never recommend the purchase of any off road or road vehicle from this establishment. I have caught them in multiple lies myself and had a awful experience. From not remembering/knowing what unit was ordered to no follow up after many calls and emails. Essentially the only service required was actually ordering the unit. I ordered a 2021 Sportsman 570 trail edition (June 11, 2021) and have been mislead and lied to relentlessly since. Needless to say, I ordered a 2022 unit from on Apex (Aug.12, 2021) and will recieve it

I don't even know where to start, these guys are awesome. Rob, and randy in particular have helped me along the way of riding. I've gotten several machines through them from dirt bikes to Atv's and back n fourth once or twice. Always gave me great trade in value as well when i went back making it hard to even consider a different shop. They have an excellent service team. Just bought a 2016 Yamaha grizzly 700 and couldn't be happier. :)

Took quad in for an oil change and a quote on the left head light assembly ( QUOTE) went to pick up the quad and had a $700 bill they took it upon themselves to do a full service as well changed the breaks I only asked for an oil change they didn't call and ask to work on any other part of the quad the breaks did need replacing but wasn't a… necessity for this trip and breaks were not even mentioned during the drop off I simply needed an oil change and that's all I asked for aside from a quote on the left head light, I raised hell and they took off the cost of labour but the average person
