Established in 1975, Point Grey Veterinary Hospital is an icon within the community located in the heart of West Point Grey, Vancouver. We are committed to providing quality, compassionate care for you and your pet. As Point Grey Veterinary Hospital grew, we quickly realized that we were having an influx of new clients from South East Vancouver and Burnaby areas.

My little girl Stella has been seeing Dr. Clark since she came into my home at 6 weeks old, she is now 15 years old! We have moved around a bit since then and are now driving for an hour each way to Dr. Clark!
From falls and animal bites to eating the wrong thing, we are ready to help. Our clinic includes state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to provide our Point Grey veterinarians with the best tools to make a fast and accurate diagnosis. We treat chronic conditions, such as allergies, arthritis, and thyroid conditions, as well as routine illnesses, such as ear infections, vomiting, intestinal upset, and urinary tract infections.

I am new to Vancouver and Point Grey Vet Hospital was recommended to me by my neighbour. I brought my dog in for a routine check up and a health certification to travel, needless to say the service provided by Dr. Robinson and her team was beyond my expectations. She was sincere, caring and passionate which made the ver visit enjoyable! I highly recommend and will be going back!

Could not have been happier with our visit! Our dog is quite anxious and the team was so good to feed her all the treats and give her all the scratches to distract her while she got her assessment and vaccines. Really lovely staff who didn’t make us feel rushed and made sure our questions and concerns were addressed. Thank you!!

After we welcomed two wonderful kittens into our home it was important to us we had proper vet care! Our cats are just the world to us. We settled on Point Grey Veterinary Hospital for their services and it was a great decision. The staff have been patient and on top of things - the vet (Dr Robinson) has been amazing, answering emails outside of our appointment time to discuss our cats’ behaviour (after some odd behaviour with our kittens she really eased our mind). Recently moved to Vancouver and feel so lucky that I found a good vet for my dog. My experience at PG has been very positive! Had to bring my dog in several times in the past few months for diff issues. Each time, all of the process has been very smooth. And love Dr. Chan! She takes time to explain everything very thoroughly and answers every question with patience. The whole team is very nice and also very responsive as well. Since I started going during COVID, I haven't been able to go inside the facilities yet -- but they just recently changed that rule so looking forward to meeting everyone

I'm always impressed by the care and attention my two dogs receive at PG Vet Hospital. Dr. Clark is fantastic. - EDIT (April 2021) With a new puppy we were sad to find out that Dr. Clark is no longer at this location, but we're happy that he's not far away at the Cypress Street Animal Hospital (a couple days per week) and also the Queensborough Vet Hospital in New West (the rest of the week).

I love Point Grey Vet Hospital! They have such friendly and professional staff and are the only pet hospital I know that uses all meat freeze-dried treats, instead of cookies with lots of fillers. Dr. Clark is just great, patient and knowledgeable. I brought treats over for my dog, he offered to go through the ingredient list and provide his professional opinion. You know your fur baby is in good hands when your vet is willing to pay extra attention to such small detail about your pet. Highly recommended!

We decided to entrust our puppy Aimee to the care of Dr. Chan after checking out a few veterinary clinics before Aimee arrived. We had a chat with Dr. Chan and subsequently asked her questions by email, which… she answered promptly. From Day One, Aimee has loved her visits with Dr. Chan and her staff. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss our concerns and answer our questions. She and all her staff are warm and caring. The clinic is clean, and appointments are on time.
