CBS is a terrific company. I'm always amazing how quickly they handle my parts requirements, and they've set up with the virus issue to be quick and easy with no hassle. I can still go in the branch and look at it the stuff on the Shelf while I'm waiting, instead of having to wait outside in the rain. It would be nice if their competitors were this efficient. Just want to thank Jason Fitzgerald for being a great guy. It was snowing so everyone was leaving early at CBS. Jason was the last one to leave and he saw me standing at the entrance and asked if I needed help. He offered to go back inside and get me some chains for my truck. It is much appreciated, not many employees would do that. Great customer service.
