Mediocre service as best. Salesperson (owner) almost comes across as frustrated with you when you call to buy the product! - has a very curt way of talking. Perhaps it's just his personality. Won't go out his way to deliver a great customer experience. Product was as described and priced as agreed upon.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Like many others have said - I would post 1 star if I could. They are beyond rude with the owner of the business being the worst of the lot. They take your money and you get no customer service. Been hung up on, they never call back, you just have to chase chase chase. Cannot trust them, they lie, contradict themselves and play games of he said/she said and then get incredibly angry and vindictive at you if you calling them out on their lies and deception. Regretting ever doing business with them. Probably time to contact the better business bureau or some gov't agency to report

The most concise way to describe my experience is with point form. Are you resting comfortably? Then we will begin.
* as per the person inside the business who answered my call from outside the business, I was to find the service entrance "at the rear of the building".
* reminiscent of a funhouse I haphazardly emerged into an obscure corner of a showroom, to which I was met with a distant confused voice.
* Wandered around and after a period of time was met by a "fellow".
* Long and Short, I was invited to sit inside a side by side, told that $1000. Could possibly put me on a list for the next

Finally resolved the best its going to get. Where to start ? The sale, advertised one price on the Kawasaki ATV I wanted, but I was charged a different price. Offered 3 months same as cash payments, but was told that promotion was no longer valid. Was offered 3.99% for 120 months, but was told again that promotion was cancelled. I did receive 3.99% but at a higher monthly payment with a shorter term. I was charged $121.00 for 'accessories' that I never received. This was charged without my knowledge. I was offered a Warn Pro Vantage 3500 winch as part of the promotion but waited more than a month

I had a very hard time making a deal.Did not return phone calls.Everything had to be initiated by me.Very firm on price and did not do what was agreed on. A lot of accessories were purchased but not installed properly.Accessories that were agreed upon were not provided but I was told I could purchase them a second time and install them myself.After I made tha deal and gave my deposit I was called and told a mistake had been made and I would have to pay an additional 600 dollars to get my machine. That was resolved by me giving an additional 200cash.This business is extremely unprofessional and
