I wish Backyard Resorts would teach all the local businesses what customer service is!. I have never encountered such a customer focused company, Fred and Team are AMAZING! I wish they could expand to provide everything I could possibly need to purchase and I would never have a worry again. Do not hesitate if you are considering purchasing from them, you will not regret it.

Savannah (sp?) is awesome!!! My partner and I just bought a home with a spa and have no idea what we’re doing. This woman broke it all down for us and in no time I can do science!! She helped me locate a filter for my odd sized tub, we learned about enzymes and had real human conversations. There should be more people out there that can connect and engage like Savannah. I’ll be back for sure.

"Pool supplies are tough to navigate this year with COVID... and then I found Backyardresorts Cambridge.
In my efforts to shop local I actually ended up with better products and a way easier purchase experience than Amazon or Walmart etc.
The whole team was great and real knowledgeable people answered the phone (QUICKLY too!).
So, I drove over for curbside pickup twice.
April, Andrea, and Sarah sorted me out for what might be a long summer of backyard swimming.
Needless to say I will be back and I am impressed."

We purchased a hot tub from them last September. Great service during and after the sale. Their advice for water quality is always bang on.
Our hot tub stopped working recently. On a Sunday. The day before I was to go out of town. They responded to the online form with a phone call that day, had a service crew out the next day. When it was found to be a faulty breaker they even talked with my electrition.
Highly, highly recommend these guys.
