Marie is the owner of Limestone Therapies, a proud mother of 2 boys, happily married for 25 years and is originally from Montreal Qc. McKenzie was born and raised in the Thousand Islands and attended 3 years for Massage Therapy at Georgian College. Alexandrea is born and raised in Kingston and graduated with honours from Trillium College with a diploma in Massage Therapy.
Limestone Therapies is actively seeking practitioners to fill several roles at our alternative and holistic clinic. If you are passionate about your discipline, driven and enjoy working in a collaborative and easy going environment. Complimentary consultation (15 minute phone or in-person) $0 - A complimentary appointment to meet or chat over the phone with the Naturopathic Doctor to ask any questions you might have about how Naturopathic Medicine can help you. Please note, treatment will not be provided during this appointment.
We offer direct billing to over 12 major insurers, covering 85% of privately insured Canadians. Ask us to submit your claim for you at your next visit. We can do so for Massage Therapy and Naturopathy services. You will have to verify with your provider if you need a Doctor's referral, bring your card with your group number and ID number and sign some documents.
If you have any questions that are not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, none of our services are covered by OHIP. However, some of the treatments we offer are covered by extended healthcare plans.

My first experience with Limestone Therapies was amazing! McKenzie was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. She asked about and focused on my areas of concern and sent me home with a few stretches to help with those areas.
The location itself was clean and quiet. They also followed COVID-19 procedures to ensure the safety of both the employees and the clients.

A beautiful, peaceful location with employees who are models of competence, kindness, and care. A wide variety of availability across practitioners, the simplicity of the online booking process, and direct billing for insurance are all great additional perks. So pleased to have found my new go-to massage therapy clinic in Kingston!

I went for a massage today, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The RMT was extremely professional, but also personal. She continued to check on me during the massage, making sure I was comfortable and in no pain.
The decor was modern and chic, and very inviting.
I will be coming here from now on!
