While I was not personally the home owner (in this case it was my grandmother selling her condo) I was involved in the selling process, plus I was also the one staying at the apartment upkeeping it for showings. Because of this I was in pretty frequent contact with Sukhi Kang, and honestly what I appreciated the most was how smooth the entire process went.
