I am buying my first place with a fast possessions date and was looking for a notary. I was suggested here but when I phoned I was met with a very rude receptionist who was condescending. I felt stupid for not knowing some of the terms and flat out told me there was not enough time am they can’t help me. All other places I phoned after where apologetic for being overly busy and offered other places I should phone. I learnt later that everyone’s closing their purchases on the same day and it’s extremely busy. This receptionist could have handled this conversation so much better and calmer

Margot squeezed me in on very short notice so I could sign a legal document. She also took the time to review the document with me. Margot and her staff were a pleasure to work with.
