Just another MIDDLE- MAN type business. Extremely LONG WAIT TIME from measuring to the install. Ended up with sub- contractors who's concern was to finish the job as QUICK as they could and get out. POOR finishing, example- caulk around windows needed to be re-done before paint, forgotten handle and rip in new screen. I would not recommend to my friends or family. Next time I will go directly to a company who both manufactures and install the windows. Couple places are A.C Vinyl or Pollard Windows. Couple other great companies, Welland Glass, Low's Glass or Niagara Glass

Although we are only half way through our experience with Fleming Windows, we want to share the positive to this point. In light of COVID, the salesman Wayne, has been extremely responsive and efficient in providing us with estimates during this challenging time. We used Fleming about 8 years ago to replace several windows but having purchased a new home that requires full window replacement, we couldn't be happier with the service and placed our order today. Prices were also excellent! Will provide another review after install a few months down the road.

These guys have been to our house 5 times installing mirrors on bathroom walls, windows and/or doors. Each time they came they did a high quality job, came when they said they would, completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves.... all at a highly competitive, fair price. I would strongly recommend them.

I would skip right over this company. We hired them and ordered windows and doors on Oct 4th 2016. They NEVER contacted us again. I called in November, was told they were still waiting for doors. They said about 2 weeks. 21/2 weeks later, no call. I call them. They said oh yeah, they're coming tomorrow. No notice, good thing I called. The guys came the next morning, installed a picture window and 1 casement door. Wrong door, mistakes happen, I called salesman, he will order right one. Guys ask if I wanted my screen door back on after they install new door. I said yes and told them that was important

I ordered windows from them 4 years ago and they did a good job. So I hired them again and told them I wanted the same type of windows which were total replacement windows, they installed retro-fit windows? So I complained so the sales guy acted like he was doing me a favor and had the install guys come back and install trim. The product and install was still good so I thought I would give them another chance. On May 26 I ordered 2 doors. I was told they will be installed in 3-4 weeks, it is now 2 months later and no windows and no calls back. The sales guy Wayne will not return any of my texts
