It is also an opportunity for you to meet with me, Joanne Quintal, to ensure you feel comfortable.

I understand that some people can be nervous and it is important that you feel that bond of trust with your practitioner. Consultations are approximately 30 minutes, where I will listen fully to your concerns, answer your questions and guide you about your treatment/product options. There will be no charge for your consultation.

A wonderful professional team in Hamilton. Joanne is so lovely and an expert in his field. I did hair removal with laser with hair. Almost 80% of the hair is removed. I definitely recommend them.

I wasn't very impressed with this place. The building is old and doesn't make you feel very comfortable. Staff were gossiping about another employee at the front desk while I filled out my paperwork. The massage itself was okay. I've definitely had better. And it wasn't any cheaper than other places either. I wouldn't recommend this place when there are so many better options (like Massage Addict).

I have been seeing Lucy for years and she has helped me with my shoulder pain, back pain and reversed my carpal tunnel. She is my "go to" lady when i have any pain. I am always amazed how after a few treatments i start to feel better. I wont see anyone else!

All 3 services I deal with are excellent and highly recommended Naturopathic Dr. Michelle Salga, Acupuncturist Lucy and Samantha Toepp for Deep Tissue Massage. My continuing treatments are Hormone, Postherpetic Neuralgia and Piriformis Syndrome Sciatica. After a month and my age (85) I am happy that to date, the treatments are showing improvements from each professional.

Amazing staff! Great services! I have used many of the clinics services, aesthetics with Rachel for manicure, polish changes, waxing and eyelash extensions. I have seen Vera for massage and Joanne for laser hair removal. Amazing results from all services I have used! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for paramedical services as well as aesthetic services.

Its always a treat going to Hands that Heal. Everyone should take at least one day of the week to pamper herself.
