Controlled Atmosphere (CA) is a storage technique whereby the level of oxygen is reduced and CO2 is increased. Quality and the freshness of fruit and vegetables are retained under Controlled Atmosphere conditions without the use of any chemicals. Under CA conditions, many products can be stored for 2 to 4 times longer than usual.

These ppl keep coming out fixing the problem Over & Over,,,I think they cause more issues 2 come out 2 'fix',,,they r rip off artists,,Not heating & cooling 'artists',,,I work for Fortis Family Restaurant & these 'idiots' Can't seem 2 figure it out,,,ever,,,they cause the damage that repeaditaly needs fixed,,rip off artists!!!!!!! If u need the same fix over & over & use the same company over & over,,U NEED 2 Really Think bout that!!! I hate 2 call or think my bosses r Dumb,,,But Honestly,,DUHHH!!!!!!! But this is a company that causes damage 2 b able 2 fix & keep making $$$,,that's bin proven
