Every Thursday I send out 1-3 properties that cashflow in the Oshawa area. We will be touring 4-5 properties in OSHAWA that would make good INVESTMENT OPTIONS that are currently ON THE MARKET. Optional lunch meeting where I compare and re-assess the properties we toured as well as an opportunity for in depth Q & A. This tour is designed to be a learning experience for anybody who is unsure about if they should invest in real estate.
