Indian Meal Moths (aka Pantry Moths). I purchased a home with an undisclosed whole home infestation. Fortunately, this was noticed by chance during one of my walk throughs prior to closing. I had hired a professional cleaning company to address the cleanliness of the home prior to my purchase. Mike at Regional Pest is professional and does great work. I wasn't able to stay on top of my dirty tenants enough which lead to a cockroach infestation. Mike was awesome to deal with. He's great at communicating over the phone/by text. He provided me an inspection and reassured me my issue could be resolved. He gave me great advice on dealing with my issue and gave me a plan of action. I feel like after getting rid of my tenant and the bugs that I have my house back again. I learned a great lesson but couldn't have done so without Mike. He's the best in the business and I would happily use him

We’re very very thankful we called Mike. He was extremely helpful, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to take care of our problem ASAP, and it was really nice to have an actual person so willling to go above and beyond to ensure that I wasn’t worried and the problem was taken care of properly and in a timely manner. He was always willing to take my crazy stressed out phone calls at any time of the day or night.

We HIGHLY recommend Mike if you need help with some pests or an infestation. We saw some pests that hitch hiked to our new home after moving from a rented townhome that was not properly treated. Mike came, did a full assessment, and we opted to do a treatment just for peace of mind. He was very professional and checked in more than once with me over the next two weeks. Mike has always been professional and expedient. We manage residential and commercial properties - I highly recommend Mike to any property manager or homeowner looking for fast acting service. Not only is he diligent and knowledgeable, he has fantastic pricing and is very easy to communicate with. Always answers calls, I am never left hanging. Handles questions from me and tenants with professionalism and understanding. We have used the bigger companies but their one on one service and communication does not compare to Regional Pest Control. Will continue to use Mike for all properties and services
