I have a chronic illness and am bedbound most days. I came in with a broken 5 year old laptop that was my only connection to humanity and asked them to get the keyboard working again because I don't have the money to replace/fix the rest of it. over the holidays, they completely fixed my laptop at the price of the original quote. never been more happy or surprised at a computer place.

My mother went there on Monday to help her set up her phone because we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the signal.
Riad helped her to work through the phone and it works like normal! He was kind and very patient with my mom to figure out how to fix it herself in the future as well.
He was very kind and courteous. His service was also very fast but efficient. Amazing service!

I was ready to write a fairly negative review but I appreciate the effort the guys here made to make things right. My sons phone was in for repair and ended up taking considerably longer than initially told. Unfortunately the arrival of parts was delayed, and the process ended up requiring a couple different repairs. My complaint isn’t the length of time (as I am aware shipping delays are a problem for everybody these days) but rather the lack of timely communication/updates. I’m sure the staff could sense my frustration (or should I say the frustration of my phoneless 16 year old son) and

These guys are great!!! Fast and very efficient.
They helped me get 2 computers up and running very fast, as they were work computers and their prices were very good.
They were also able to tell me, I needed a new battery for my iPad 6 Generation. Where the Apple store in Mapleview Mall just wanted to sell me a new iPad and said they don’t repair iPads or replace batteries. Unfortunately, I was out of warranty by just a few months! When I told the guys at Techgenius about the Apple store and how they didn’t help me. They offered me a free diagnostic to see what the problem was and it was

My Galaxys10+ was damaged all around - broken screen and the frame was chipped, the back was also cracked.
The guys at tech genius installed a brand new screen and frame as well as a new backing to it. Looks brand new! And they got it done within just a couple hours and very reasonable prices.

I had never used a cellphone repair shop before so I was not sure what to expect. They were able to successfully diagnose what was wrong with my iPhone and fixed it for a fair price and in a timely manner, in and out in less than 30 min.
