This is by far the most common question asked and also the hardest to give an accurate answer without having a complete picture of a new home build. Many people have adopted the "Price Per Square Foot" as the universal measurement of cost, however the approach used to determine this number whether asking builders, architects, or a lender is anything but universal.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE having the privilege to witnessed how Gavin & Guy, grew Averra from a seed in the mind, to what it is today. The team they have working for the clients best interest has taken over a decade to form. The vison they envision for the home you want, is no doubt their priority, all of them!
They are all working like a well oiled machine.
I can name everyone, they know who they are. although the ones that are not named in this review, remain behind the curtain!

The Averra team was instrumental in bringing the complete renovation of our town home to life. The Averra team was very approachable and easy to communicate with off the start. They conscientiously handled all the details of the process from start to finish and all of the sub contractors on site were reliable, professional and detailed in their work.
