Caribou RV Park
Enjoy and relax in our quiet nature setting, 15 minutes south of Whitehorse and only half a mile south of the Klondike Highway which brings you right into Skagway! Nice tenting sites are secluded in the woods, all equipped with firepits and picnic tables. In case of bad weather, there is the famous historic Joe's cabin where you can cook surrounded by historic artifacts of the Gold Rush.

The Caribou RV Park is located on the world-renowned Alaska Highway on km 1403, only 1km from the famous South Klondike Cutoff to drive to Skagway Alaska or ride the White pass train in Carcoss/Fraser, the campground is located in the pristine wilderness while still giving you the comfort to be in Whitehorse City Center in 15 minutes with all the shops and amenities.
Services
A fridge and a coffee maker give you the opportunity to enjoy a hearty breakfast while watching the snow-covered trees and hills. Our slogan is "Cozy in the Wild" and that is what we offer. Luxurious bedding invites you for a good rest. A King Bed, a Twin Bed and a convertible Sofa Bed. We welcome you to this newly renovated luxurious hotel room-like cabin with full kitchen.
Wanting to go back to basics and quit their very busy business lives, Sandra and Steve started to prospect Canada's west years ago. In 2017 while travelling in Alaska and Yukon they found their place to stay.

The Caribou RV Park was for sale and it was exactly the business they were longing for as they are experienced campers since their very young age and camped through Europe and the US on a regular base with both their own trailer and rental RV's.While operating the RV Park in the summer months they offer a very exclusive way to discover northern arctic activities in the winter while having a very comfortable and cozy service and upscale amenities.
For a shower you can pay with credit card at the selfpay kiosk in front of the main building. You can also fill out the form here below and get a monthly subscription. Once paid, the access code will be sent within 48 hours over email. I certify that I will not give access to another person or transmit my personal code.
Spend a full month on our campground on a serviced or unserviced site. Go to work from camp because you can use all our amenities right here like laundry and use our highly rated private bathrooms with unlimited hot showers. Forgot the milk, no problem our grocery store is well stocked. Give your kids the summer of their lives!
Having travelled the world and dined at the world's best Michelin restaurants, exchanging with the best Chefs, Sandra's cuisine is very popular in Europe and will get your tasting senses to a new level. Special cuisine events with fixed-price menus will be held in fall, winter and spring where you'll be able to enjoy the real European Cuisine.

I have been seeing different post about Mrs Donald Maureen platform everywhere and a lot of traders keep on saying reach out to her, I eventually did and it turns out to be legit.I did an initial investment of $1000 and I received a surprised profit of $12,250 after 6days of trading, I followed her instructions with which i invested and within a… week I got back my profit, I started seeing good results. Last week l made a successful withdrawal. Just stop worrying she will help you out. Thank you very much Mrs Donald Maureen.I would advise anyone seeing this post to contact her, I m responsible

Really nice facility. We did not walk around the entire property much to compare campsites. We stayed in a site near the entrance of the campground which was nice but was in close proximity of the next sites. Have more and more open campsites seems to be pretty standard at all campgrounds around Whitehorse though (and I can understand why with how busy is just get during tourist season!). Bathrooms were very clean. There were only 3 bathrooms and showers (that we saw) so that required a bit of waiting at times but not a big problem, especially if you showered at less busy times of the day. Very

The owners are friendly and courteous, will help with whatever you need if they can. The facilities are wonderful, individual shower rooms, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. A unique gift store, a must see with local artists providing items along with the owner making different kinds of oil’s and jams and jellies.

The people were nice. The campsites were OK. Even though we were told they could easily accommodate our 43 ft motorhome with tow behind, the campground roads and turns were a little tight. We had to disconnect the tow vehicle to get to our campsite.

Steve, the owner was incredibly helpful. He helped us with sightseeing, hikes and route planning. His suggestions were spot on. The sites are clean and well maintained, as well as the shower & laundry facilities. Special bonus was the availability of fresh bread and pastry delivery! Omg don’t miss out on this. We would stay here again.

We were made to call and make reservations by the Canadian border guard. We found out later that the border guard was wrong to make us do this from Canada’s border services. I grew up in Ontario but live in the US now. When I called Caribou rv park to make reservations they were very helpful on the phone and let us make our reservation. Do to bad weather we were not able to make it to the park in time. I called border services and that was when we found out the guard at the border had no authority to make us get the reservations. The Yukon territories also only gave us 24 hours to get through

I stayed at one of the unserviced sites at this RV Park for two weeks during May 2021. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay.
The new owners, Steve and Sandra, are friendly, helpful people. They clearly care about the quality of their guests' experience. The RV Park & Campground are nicely maintained, the small store is well stocked and the laundromat is clean and fairly priced.
This is the place I’ll stay when I’m near Whitehorse.

The owners of this RV park were wonderful. Due to challenges getting through the border crossing we arrived a day late, and even though I had missed my reserved date, they didn't charge me for a second night. We were very grateful. This is a nice little park with all the necessary conveniences. Sites are a bit small, but bathouse and all were clean.

My family and I, and our dog Sophie, were in between homes locally, and so we stayed at Caribou RV for 2 weeks in tents in site #47. This site is fairly new, and was away from everything. Other than some rain and dampness, quite a few mosquitos, and a Camp Fox or two, overall the entire stay was very pleasant. Blessed quietness. Steve and Sandra are outstanding hosts and new owners of Caribou RV. The showers were always clean, the laundry room was excellent, and the little store was stocked with little things we needed like milk, bacon, ice cream, supplies, and more. A bowl of free gummies at the

Staff is friendly. Once paid, firm on no refunds. Basic gravel roads and sites, relatively flat, water, 30 amp service, dump station. This campground is about a 15-minute drive from Whitehorse. It is quiet and a Good Sam park. They also offer a 15% senior discount. Recorded phone message says they cannot accept reservation over the phone.

There is a "For Sale" sign out front - hard to tell if the campground is for sale or the Wolf's Den restaurant which both use the same entrance drive (but don't eat at the Wolf's Den if you are allergic to smoke - the place reeks of it
