Caufields Engraving Ltd. has been in business since 1984. We have over 200 colours of plastic and a large variety of metal to choose from, and we always cut to fit (no standard sizing).

I had an incredible experience with Caufields Engraving. I was looking for an anniversary gift for my mom and her husband. After a google search I found Caufields website and reached out. They helped me pick… out the wood and gave me a quote in less then 24 hrs of reaching out. I picked up the wood and dropped it off on Tuesday at 4:45pm (15 minutes before closing) and they said they would try and have to done by Friday which was the day before the anniversary and only three days after I had dropped it off. I was so impressed! I got an email saying it was ready to be picked up on Friday

I am so pleased with the customer service. I msg them because I didn't receive my shields and I got an answer right away. Willy personally called the post office to see what was happening and according to my tracking #, it worked as I'm supposed to get the shields today. When there is delays it's not Caufields faute as they dont even charge delivery. It's our good old Canadian post office. Their products are made in Canada and so affordable. I'll update my review on the shields quality when I get them. Meantime don't be scared of ordering from them. Very reliable company.

Very disappointed in the service received. The item did not turn out at all like what was discussed, ruining the aesthetic of a wood project I had made. I wrote them to express my disappointment, hoping for, at the minimum an apology, and did not receive a response. I suppose "shame on me" for trusting the "experts" to provide me the service I wanted.

Caufields provided my business with customized, engraved name-tags. There entire experience was fantastic. We were able to customize with our logo and they ended up looking very professional. One of our staff dropped the name-tag in the parking lot and a customer brought it in saying they watched it get run over by a car, and it still looks perfect. Quality stuff.
