Our warranty is standard 1 year on parts from our suppliers as well as our in-house 1 year on labor. A. Yes you do need a building permit and Engineer's drawings to have such a commercial kitchen exhaust system installed.
Restaurant Ventilation Systems need to be demolished/removed by skilled professionals. Even a well-cleaned ventilation system is unpleasant to remove. But the systems in a failed restaurant may not have seen recent cleaning or maintenance and is likely to be a frightful mess filled with grease and possibly even toxic mold.

I used their service to replace an ancient extraction fan. I called them on the Friday, the owner came out to look at the fan on Saturday morning and by Wednesday the following week I had a new super silent fan installed. Excellent quality and service. Very responsive.

Had a broken bearing in my restaurant’s hood fan shaft , I called Crestone and they responded right away, in only half an hour the technician came and knew what to do, he went above and beyond to remove the rusty bearings, really clean work.
They are professional and knows what they are doing.

Unlike the negative posts that are listed by individuals that didn't actually use Crestone, I used Crestone Mechanical and I would/have recommended them to others. In addition to being competitive priced, this business is responsive, professional and thorough in scoping a project.
