Critical: Quality
BEWARE! Called for annual maintenance cleaning in October. They disabled the furnace saying they'd be back in a couple of days to finish it. They haven't finished it, but we did get the bill. It is now December, below freezing every night and our furnace is still not put back together even though payment was sent.
