This should not even have gotten to the point that I have to make this review. I politely called twice to be removed from there mailing list and all that happens is I get sent MORE catalogs. They promised to take me off their list both times! Went to my box today and there are 2 massive catalogs coming in at 810 pages each! As I explained both times on the phone I have NEVER ordered from one of your stupid catalogs before. I order online. I'm pretty sure most people do. Any scam minded person can call Uline and open up an account under a business or owner's name and have products delivered to separate locations without authorization.
Uline crams their crapalogs until my mailbox will not hold any more mail yesterday, causing me to drive to the Post Office and stand in line to get my mail.
Sometimes, if the box is full, the Post Office throws them on the ground signalling burglars that nobody is home.
Stephanie, is the snotty, interrupting, annoying orange in Customer Disservice, who will refuse to listen to your complaint and will put you in hold limbo

I've been a fan for years. It might seem a bit weird to be a fan of a shipping box and packing supply company, but Uline has a large catalog of items. Plus their shipping is so fast.
I recently needed red bags or boxes for an event. When I can't find them locally, I usually go to Amazon, but due to their Prime shipping now taking a week sometimes I was in a bind since I needed them quicker than that.
That's when Uline came to mind. I was able to quickly find red boxes that would work for my purpose. I ordered 100, and I had them in hand two days later.
These were high quality

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY!! Confirmed 3 TIMES my address and phone number. Sent it to the wrong address and driver didn't even call the right number. I had to leave work and lost over $150 from cancelled customers and now I may miss my sons regional track meet because of all of this. I am beyond MAD right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! Not to mention my last few orders of bubble bags have been the incorrect size (shorted by a solid inch and less quantity in the boxes than stated on the outside of the box.)

Absolutely the worst web ordering system and communications. Their web site locks you out, forcing you to open a new account, wasting your time and energy, and that's only the beginning. You are never given a reason why you have to do this. Then you open a new account. The web site asks for feedback, but when you try to give it, it refuses to admit you. Then you call the number listed and are told that you received no order confirmation (after the web site's stated time of one hour) but that they will send you one immediately. Several hours later, it still hasn't arrived

Deliberately misleading listings for 3M N95 masks when they have none. The listing shows all 3M models they stock with clickable links, but the actual SKU is the same for all with a "sub" notation (I should have caught that I suppose). Guess what you get when you order? Crappy made in China masks from a company not even listed on the ULINE site anywhere.
They took them back after trying to tell me that their page wasn't misleading (gee never mentioning the actual product isn't misleading?) Of course they screwed me out of the outrageous $16 shipping charge.

If you are a moral, ethical person, and want to ensure your business goes to an ethical business, do NOT give your business to this company and its amoral "leadership", rather give your business to its competitors: International Paper, Westrock, and Global Industrial. Just Google Uline to see all of the amoral, unethical, vulgar and dehumanizing actions taken by its executives.

We have been a Uline customer for the last 13 years purchasing a variety of products, mostly packaging supplies. Recently we tried to purchase some paper towels and toilet paper and were told that they will not supply them since we haven't bought those exact items before even though we have been a loyal customer. We will never work with them again since they would like loyalty but don't show any.

I would never buy anything from this company. They regularly send thick, unwanted catalogs to our residence. We have no need for their products and even worse, they're killing trees to make these junk catalogs. Come on ULine, it's 2020---who uses catalogs anymore. If I wanted your products, I'd find them online.

This company used to be good but it is clear they can care less about their smaller customers which is a shame. I used to go here to pick up all my packaging items once a month but then they decided to charge $25 for orders less than $300.
Ok - way to wipe out a customer base since most people don't have a vehicle large enough to fit $300. Fine.
So I start ordering for a delivery to my door. This experience is always terrible, and also the charge keeps going up over the years. Used to be only $55, now is $80.

I worked for this company for awhile, long story short....working hear makes your realize unless your a certain skin color your time/presence is non wanted.....just looks good to have a few "token" minorities.....i dont know last names but at the Ontario location off turner street....ROBERT BRIAN and CHRIS.....you guys have some serious issues you need to work out....and the HR lady in tbe morning is no better.

The only reason why rated a three-star is because, it's usually a 2 hour or more affair with them. It takes about 5 minutes talking to an operator to take your order, and then it takes about an hour or two for the order to be pulled and given to you( depending on how big your order is). It defeats the purpose of walking in to purchase something. The shortest amount of time I've been there was about 45 minutes picking up a bag of shipping seals. I would suggest to pre-order your merchandise and set it for local pickup and hopefully that will speed up the time.

ULINE just scammed me out of $405!!!! I purchased a $405 Uline Vacuum and did not like it. I called the customer service line and spoke with Andrew. He said yes you can send it back in and we will look at the condition to see if we think we can resell it. At my own expense I sent it back by UPS...a month or so went by without hearing from Uline so I thought I would call.
They told me they "threw away my return" and I was out the $405. Really Uline you threw away my product return? Does anyone on Yelp want to spend money with a company that cashed my check then THREW AWAY my return

I drove out to Waukegan (about 15 minutes away from my home) to pick up some gable boxes for a project I was working on. I got them home and realized they were too big, so they told me to bring everything back and they'd refund my $$. They did refund my money in 48 hours, and of course I left with another order of the right-sized boxes.
