Many couples undergoing IVF treatments experience enormous level of stress and frustration. These surgical based procedures are time consuming, physically demanding, financially costly and emotionally taxing. And yet, the outcome of infertility treatment is unpredictable. Therefore, it is important to explore natural therapies that can help you prepare for your IVF fertility journey.
Natural fertility is an approach to get conceived without taking drugs or invasive procedures (assisted reproductive treatments). Nowadays, a lot of people try to avoid taking drugs because of the dangerous side effects. More and more people are aware of the importance of natural health and lifestyle.
Acupuncture can help to prepare labour naturally. Acupuncture can stimulate a pregnant woman's body to get ready for labour. Needling can trigger her body to release prostaglandins which ripen the cervix, and Oxycontin, which promotes contractions. The production of hormones naturally develops a gradual start of labour rather than a traumatic one, and the expectant mom is more likely to have a smooth and easy delivery.
Fertility Massage, or abdominal massage, is performed externally by gently guiding and supporting reproductive organs back into their optimal function. The techniques involve acupressure and deep tissue massage to release tension, reopen blocked energy paths and allow toxins to be flushed out. Fertility Massage is recommended for women who are preparing for conception and preparing for Assisted reproductive technology (ART) like IVF and IUI.
Studies show that 40% of the time infertility is the result of male factor, and 20% of the time the result is of a combination of both women and men. If you are experiencing difficulties getting pregnant, it is important that the male partner get his sperm checked since men can contribute to a couple's infertility over 50% of the time.

This clinic is awesome. After trying to conceive for more than a year I decided to take the help of acupuncture as per my doctors Advise. Christine too me under her care and the support she has given me thought my fertility journey is priceless. And during her absence the care her colleagues presented us is amazing as well. I've loved every visit I have had at the Acupuncture and Shiatsu clinic in Mississauga. Christine and Meaghan have been an integral part of my fertility journey and I cannot thank them enough for their love and support. I would especially recommend Meaghan's 4 week fertility yoga classes (in additonal to weekly acupuncture) as they were very enjoyable and both women always had time and patience to answer my questions. The best accupuncture clinic in Toronto. Sanjana is the best accupuncture therapist:-) I live in Brampton but I prefer traveling all the way to mississauga to this clinic. Since 2019 , i am patient to this clinic and get excellent treatment from very loving and knowledgeable Sanjana. She is always available to answer your questions and is very persistent towards your treatment course.
She gives very genuine advices and values her customer's time.

I can’t thank enough the clinic and specially Sanjana. I started the treatment to support my fertility journey. After 4 years of infertility, 1 miscarriage and about to start IUI, I got pregnant naturally after 3 months of treatment with Sanjana. I recommend the clinic to everyone to balance hormones, help with stress and any other health issues, they are very personal, empathetic and knowledgeable. Christine Fung is very intelligent and knowledgeable therapist. I started my acupuncture therapy with her in March and I got result in very next month. I visited several acupuncturist since2019. But I feel very comfortable and satisfied here. Highly recommend this clinic who wants effective therapy.

After years of sadness I decided to try fertility acupuncture and within a few months I was pregnant with my first child. I was able to sustain and carry a baby to full term. A few years later I was going down the same path and I decided to go back to this clinic. This time I was with Christine. She took the time to ask questions, check in and at… every appointment asked me to update her. She provided lots of insight and helped me to manage a few things. I would definitely recommend Acupuncture Shiatsu. I feel this was the only change I made and it helped me to get pregnant. Thank you very

I went to Christine when I was going through a rough time in my fertility journey and she understood my needs and started my treatment under her supervision . She has always been helpful for all my questions and concerns and helped me understand acupuncture since I was completely new to it and wanted to try it to help with my fertility and IVF and… she genuinely helped me!!
