Outstanding customer service. I bought a youth jersey online for my grandson and the jersey was flawed. I emailed Ajay and received a reply within minutes. Then a couple of minutes later received a call from Ajay, who apologized and he offered 3 options to resolve the issue. I cannot say enough about the professional and timely way my concern was handled.

BUYER BEWARE Ok tried to buy a jersey on Amazon through this store and what a waste of time this seller is very fraudulent on Amazon it stated the jersey was in stock so I ordered it two days later seller marks sale as shipped but no tracking information so I contact them through Amazon to get a phone call from the owner/president/CEO and supposedly is an entrepreneur of the year as he called himself and he started with an excuse of because Covid-19 shipping will be delayed (iam in the Transportion industry) so I know that transportation has not been delayed because it’s an essential industry

Purchased two (2) "We the North" Christmas ornaments from this store from Amazon. Requested expedited shipping for these ornaments which had a guaranteed delivery date of Dec 23. Paid a total of $18 shipping for both items, as I wanted these in time for xmas for our families.
One ornament arrived but the other did not. Both items were under the same tracking number so can only assume the items were not sent.
Spoke with the owner via email and telephone. Was refunded for 1 item (great!) but only for $1.99 in shipping costs?! Seller admitted on the phone that it was potentially his "staff's" fault

I bought a Raptors hat from "Bleacher Bum Collectibles" on Amazon.
It was counterfeit.

You seem to know an awful lot about my order that you supposedly played absolutely no role in whatsoever.
Am I to believe that "Bleacher Bum Collectibles" on Amazon has absolutely nothing to do with your store whatsoever? You do absolutely no business on Amazon whatsoever?! That it's some odd coincidence that you just happen to have the same name?
And OF COURSE I expect to receive a legitimate product! Selling a counterfeit is FRAUD!
