So my wife and I were on my way for a road trip through Quebec, New Brunswick, PEI and back home to Niagara Falls Ontario. Made it to North Bay before taking a wrong turn and got into an accident. I called my State Farm (now Desjardins) agent (Kathleen King) right away. The admin person (so wish I could remember her name!) immediately asked if we were ok. When I said we were she indicated that everything else was just paper work and she would have us taken care of immediately. I was assigned an agent to take care of us. Before I knew it, the tow truck was there to take the car and us to the police
