I brought my MacBook Air in for a repair because it was starting to fail, and I wanted to see if there was anything that could be done instead of going to Apple and hearing the usual "It would be cheaper to just buy a new one" nonsense. I was worried bringing it in because I'm not the most trusting person, but the reviews were great and Tony seemed so knowledgable and trustworthy. He very quickly told me some potential issues with my MacBook air and how to fix them over the phone

My laptop fan had died and, unfortunately for me, my usual go-to repair store was currently under lockdown orders. I heard about this and how quick the repairs are, so I sent it in and paid about 55 dollars. Within five hours, I got the results and was told the fans tied to the motherboard and CPU were killed due to heavy (possibly gaming related) duty onto the laptop. Not to mention that there was the obvious problem with the laptop bezel being broken, something I wasn't able to properly handle because around that time, the lockdown happened.

I had hackers take over my computer demanding payment. I took my computer to Computer Onsite since I live in the area. They were able to not only remove the hackers but were able to save my valuable work data that I thought I would lose. The technicians were very knowledgable and the price was reasonable. Will be returning again for any future computer issues.

I am extremely satisfied with the professional and timely repair service I received at Computer Onsite. The water spillage on the keyboard had caused my Laptop dell not turn on. Tony quickly addressed the issue and he did water treatment taken care of in a timely manner. The whole process was very diligent and efficient. I highly recommend Computer Onsite. I went there this morning with my laptop hp which had a blue screen and Tony I received an outstanding service. Tony easily diagnose the issue and knew how to fix it, he was quick, very professional in advising and making recommendation, all without any pressure. Had a problem with the hinge on my laptop so I looked up a few shop repair shops around Ottawa. Based on the reviews made about the services Computer Onsite offered, I thought it'd be a good place to bring my laptop -- so I did and got the hinge fixed. Tony is everything people say on the reviews: kind, patient and a tech savvy person. If you have any computer related issue, I definitely recommend his services.

I brought my laptop to computer onsite when I had the black screen of death when boot up.They diagnosed the issue in front of me, quickly. Offered me a fair, on-market price for a good quality replacement hard drive. I was also told options that would cost me more or less depending on what I wanted to spend, with no pressure. In the end, they did a great job, and in less than 24 hours my laptop was ready. When I picked it up it was totally cleaned and looked brand new. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a repair!

Amazing customer service! Went to get my laptop fixed up for overheating/crashing issues, computer onsite tech guy told me exactly what to expect in terms of timing and pricing in the event that the fan needed replacing. Told me he'd phone me in the evening of the same day to give me an update, which he did. The next day, got me a replacement fan from supplier +fixed up the motherboard + replaced thermal paste, and my computer was ready for pick up in the evening. Cost was reasonable. Laptop is running smoothly. Fast and reliable - highly recommend.

Went in Best Buy for diagnosis turn out major motherboard failure was going to be the end of my laptop , since I could not find any replacement motherboards anywhere online and everything said I'll pretty much just have to buy a whole new laptop.
Computer onsite was able to do a complex repair of the motherboard within 5 days and my laptop worked .Saving me well over a thousand dollars vs having to buy a new one. Would definitely recommend.Thanks for Tony tech.
