Signature Siding was established in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada in 2004 and since then we have built an excellent reputation in the Okanagan Valley. It was first produced by an independently owned manufacturing plant called Crane Plastics in Columbus, Ohio.
Hardie Plank, also referred to as "Hardie Board", is a fibre cement siding product used on millions of North American homes in all kinds of climates. A combination of cellulose fibers and cementitious materials, Hardie Plank comes in long, horizontal strips, just like wood lap siding. Hardie Plank is partly wood, in the form of cellulose, and partly mineral.
It is amazing how a simple redesign of your existing gables can completely change and upgrade the curb appeal of your home. The cost is minimal and yet the return is substantial. The Signature Siding crew replaced the vinyl siding on our house in Westshore Estates. It is now sided with Hardie board and plank and it looks fabulous. Kaki and Espresso colours. Dave Poplowski gave us an honest quote and stayed with it. He and his crew did a very professional and quality job. A big thank you to Dave and crew!!!

Dave and his crew just finished a complete siding removal and replace with up to date Hardy board, soffits and smart trim to our place. My wife and I cannot say enough about how positive this experience has been. Dave was patient, professional and courteous throughout the process as we worked with him to design a updated look for our house. His crew was completely respectful and personable each time they came and went and took the time to answer any questions we had and worked tirelessly to beat the estimated completion date. After tagging our neighbours house when cutting a tree down and living 45 minutes outside Vernon. Dave came out for no charge to access the damage. Came back with his crew a few days later and fixed it. Incredibly professional unbelievable customer service made the house look like nothing had ever happened. We are so grateful to have found Signature Siding. Can't say enough about their great customer service. Highly recommend them.

Dave and crew did a great job installing Hardie board and batten siding on our new home, all were very personable. Dave always kept in touch with us and checked up on the progress on a regular basis, he also had great suggestions. Job site clean up was top notch. Made the house look like a million bucks

Our house was totally transformed in a couple of weeks by Dave and his crew at Signature Siding. The price we were quoted was the price that we paid. We got quotes from a number of companies in the valley and Signature were not the most expensive and they delivered far more than we expected.
Where we had ideas for the design, Dave worked with us to bring them to life, where we needed guidance he laid out our options so that we were truly left with 'our' home not something that you see repeated all over town.
