We've got a long history with adventure. Mr Hayes and Mr Jarvis set us on our very own journey back in 1952, and ever since then we've been tailor-making travels with the same passion and pride as our fervent founders. Our origins lie in the joy of visiting a new place - demonstrated no more aptly than by our namesakes.
In England, Queen Elizabeth II took the throne at the tender age of 25. In India, Mother Teresa founded her hospice for the destitute, embarking on her life's work. Meanwhile, London was engulfed in what will come to be known as the Great Smog. It ground the capital to a halt for four days. Somewhere amid these era-defining events, two ex-servicemen were about to make their mark in the world.

Since the first email to the follow up after my return, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The put together a trip with a short notice (less than 4 weeks) during a pandemic, when things change very quickly.

Having gone through the process of booking a holiday with Hayes and Jarvis, once payment had been made, we were told the flights were no longer available and we had to fly from a completely different airport, then we complained and they cancelled our trip. This was a £18,000 holiday. The money was apparently refunded, however having spoken to both banks they said there is no money pending approval or transactions in process to us, and to speak to the Travel agents, who’s response was ‘the money has been sent, there’s nothing we can do, do not contact us again’.

Thidara was exceptional in arranging our first holiday with our 5 month old baby to Mauritius. She found us the perfect hotel within an hour and we had it all booked the same evening. From arranging car seats with our Emirates limo service to a cot for the baby at the hotel. No detail was missed. I’d highly recommend Hayes and Jarvis if arranging a holiday

Hayes & Jarvis give a 5* experience from the minute you speak to them! I have travelled before (South Africa & Mauritius) and the service was second to none. During the pandemic Jas Bhela has booked & re-booked our planned travels so many times and we never left the UK but the service never faltered - we have finally re-booked for The Maldives (in less than 4 weeks) so the chances of this changing again are very slim - top notch service always and Jas is an absolute pleasure to deal with every single time.

So far Hayes and Jarvis have been a great choice. We have not yet embarked on the trip but in the lead up they have been available to support us with all questions, and even last minute changes. They have made the process of travelling during Covid stress free & have created a really great itinerary to fit our needs. I can’t fault the support they have provided throughout. In particular a call out to Thidara and Ravi who have been excellent.

Our travel advisor Charlotte Clements has worked very hard to help us put together our holiday of a lifetime in Costa Rica.

I have again booked a holiday through Hayes and Jarvis and again with Charlotte Clements. Charlotte has exceeded all my expectations (again) and has planned the most wonderful, life changing and awe inspiring 44 day holiday to Thailand, Malaysia (Borneo), Vietnam and Cambodia. The whole itinerary is an absolute dream and the hotels that she recommended are just beautiful.
