Bill is an experienced litigator providing legal counsel for a myriad of dispute resolution matters, including insurance, commercial and employment law. He has appeared before a number of boards and tribunals as well as the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. J. Washington's practice focuses on property, corporate as well as wills and estates law.
William is an experienced litigator providing legal counsel for a myriad of dispute resolution matters including insurance, commercial and employment law. William has appeared before a number of boards and tribunals as well as the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. In recent years, a significant component of William's practice has involved private mediation and arbitration.
J. manages a substantial property practice consisting of residential clients, builders, large rental property owners and commercial clients. He has served as a Real Property LIANS Auditor and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading Real Estate lawyer since 2013. J. has two daughters and has been active as a volunteer coach with minor baseball, softball and hockey associations in HRM.
Jaimie practices civil litigation and employment law. She enjoys problem solving and working with clients to develop timely and efficient solutions. Jaimie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University in 2014. She received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University in 2008.
Emily practices in civil litigation, labour and employment, and utility regulation. Emily received her Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University in 2015, where she also completed the Environmental Law Specialization and received the Horace E. Read Legislation Prize for the highest mark in Legislation.
