My current work experience includes but is not limited to writing, researching, analyzing and editing appraisals for financing, expropriation, assessment appeals and for various litigation purposes. I have substantial experience in project management along with reviewing data/reports and formulating recommendations and advice.

I have completed appraisal assignments in 6 Provinces in Canada, 10 States in the USA and also Europe (Specifically Spain). I provide legal support services relating to property assessment appeals, arbitration, litigation, insurance along with expropriation. As well I complete feasibility studies, market research and replacement cost insurance valuations.
