The story of the "Fitch Mugs" dates back nearly 20 years, where they have been handed out free of charge to our clients, our potential clients, friends, family and at events such as trades shows and golf tournaments. We contacted Fitch to install some upgrades to the security system at our office. They visited our office within a few days and scheduled the installation 2 weeks from the visit. The installation was done in just over a day. I couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. The price quoted was also very fair. Highly recommend Fitch to anyone looking to install or upgrade their security system, or any other services that Fitch provides.

Our service technician is amazing! He is always available to help in a timely manner and such a lovely person. A Fitch technician, came on site on Friday Sept 11th and I must say that I am thankful for him and his excellent customer service. He was on-site to install a lock, to fix the barrier gate arm, and to address our intercom line. The first two items were done with no hiccup but we were having an issue with our intercom line. I reached out to Fitch 4 weeks ago to inform them of the issue and they noted it was line/Bell issue. Contacted Bell they confirmed all accounts up to date and sent a tech on site. Only then to be told its the intercom - straight run around. Anyhow, on Friday I mentioned it to

Every point-of-contact with this organization has been a pleasure. The representative visited the site numerous times and explained each step of the job in detail. The installation team was prompt and courteous. Hardware was delivered on time and training on the new system was thorough and detailed. Excellent service. Highly recommend!
