In 1970 Jason Santry was born with Cerebral Palsy, sheer tenacity and desire drove him to have a normal life. Jason broke many barriers to become an active and contributing member of the Greater Niagara community, sitting on and helping run several committees for the St Catharines Jaycees and always being willing to lend a helping hand to friends and strangers alike.
Working hard to be the best version of himself, as a young man Jason trained in Track and Field and was always involved in local sports. In the 1987 Disabled Olympics all Jason's hard work paid off when he won 3 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals. This huge achievement fueled Jason passion for life proving that he could do anything that he put his mind to.

My husband and I wanted to extend our fence, replace two gates, as well as having our backyard completely stripped and new sod put in. We are very pleased with the outcome. Jay communicated with us as to when to expect the guys to come out for the job and would check in to make sure we were happy with the progress. All of the guys were friendly and professional. There was a hiccup with the sod job but Jay made sure a crew returned to make it perfect. We highly recommend Ability Property Maintenance.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Not only were they able to schedule my lawn replacement quickly, it was very affordable. Then there was the team who came and did the work. They were very respectful. I don't think I've ever heard thankyou so much. They were quick, tidy, and provided great instructions for care.
