Importing for the first time can be stressful and difficult. We make the process easy and pain free for you from the account set up to the goods being processed through customs. We can support you too. Regular international trade should be seamless and efficient, Ramsay will ensure that your documentation is consistent, duties and taxes have been managed effectively, and that you know if you have been exposed to risk.
Renting a self storage unit or storing product in your home, not only can feel less than professional but also carries higher delivery costs and set storage fees even if unused. We provide you with a professional warehouse with fees by pallet space and no need for a set monthly contract. Pick and pack distribution also available.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have never dealt with a broker before, Ramsay's was recommended to me, and now I know why - for a very good reason. What a seamless, stressless experience on my behalf. Thank you for keeping me in the picture at all times, even to I will be back at base in 6 minutes, we are leaving the airport now. They managed all the paperwork, dealing with customs (the whole 9 yards), delivering the puppy promptly and very reasonably priced. As you can see our puppy has settled in very well :) I cannot say enough good about Megan and Jeremiah

Long overdue but never too late. I shipped a dog in August with the help from this amazing team. Vinny shipped from Austria-amsterdam- calgary I was very nervous at first but with the help from Jeremiah and Megan I felt at ease and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend them if your looking to get your animal across the border they are definitely the team to help you along the way ;)

What a relief to find a broker service that knew exactly what needed to be done to get our puppy safely and quickly through customs at Calgary and into our home. Friendly and reassuring right from the first phone call, the whole team was very responsive even to the point of Megan facilitating a flight change clearance on her day off. This was our first time having to import items of high value into the country and we were really confused about the process. We had tried several other similar businesses, but none were even able to answer our basic questions and left us even more confused and frustrated.
