Through the use of sophisticated, industry-leading software and years of industry experience, Apex Elevator is able to review plans and run calculations and simulations to determine the appropriate number of elevators needed for the new development. The results of the calculations and simulations will identify the appropriate number of elevators and the associated speed and capacity.
Apex Elevator provides advice planning for eventual elevator upgrades by assessing the current elevator condition and making recommendations on capital upgrades. Once the needed upgrades have been agreed upon with the client, our team will handle facilitating the preparation of the scope of work by meeting with potential contractors, drafting contracts, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting a final inspection of the completed work.

We have recently completed the modernization of two elevators in a heritage property we manage in New Westminster B.C., with the assistance of Apex Elevator Consulting Inc. They put together the work specification, over saw the tendering process, and the work. Not only was our elevator modernization project handled professionally, it was completed on time, at a lower cost, and was completed with minimal disruption to the daily operation of the property.
