That means with simple care, you can expect to get many years of enjoyment, indoors or outdoors. The Softub is made of soft, closed cell polyethylene foam, and is covered with Leathertex or Syntex, a marine grade vinyl with UV, mold and mildew protection. The, cushioned foam is comfortable to sit on.
With 11 years experience distributing Portable Infrared Saunas, we believe Sun Stream to be the best performing, finest built, highest quality sauna available. Our One Person has the same 1650 Watts of power as our Two Person with our Nano-Carbon heaters positioned to provide an effective concentration of 'Focused Infrared' for the sauna user.

They are more than just hot tubs. We go there for the dog treats that are made locally. There is a very good selection of loose leaf tea both regular and herbal as well as some unique hand pottered accessories for tea, such as tea pots, cups and mugs. There are some one of a kind gifts available too such as handmade local jewellery and cordials. Local honey is also available as well as a selection of locally made covid masks, t-shirts and other unique gifts. New items are coming in just in time to start Christmas shopping. It is a must see and explore little store. Prices are very reasonable. And

I called in to get a price on a new GFCI cable. Alex gave a price and mentioned she had a tech coming to my area. Marti showed up in 20min replaces the cable and fixed the air valve. The invoice was super reasonable so I stocked up on some product he had with him. I I've never had a service call go that smooth and the timing be that perfect. The timing might have been a fluke but Marty was a pro.. BIG Thanks. PS we still love our softub super affordable super portable super easy to own. And now super serviced.

I recommend Affordable Hot Tubs in Victoria on Saanich Rd. I wanted a simple yet comfortable, super insulated, quality hot tub that requires little energy and that is exactly what I got. Bought a tub from Alex this summer and absolutely love it. Had an issue with a seal in the Hydromate which was a slow leak. As recommended when buying it I drained the tub and removed the Hydromate ( very simple) and brought it into the store ( I live on Pender Island ). The repair was completed that night and it was shipped back to me the following day. Installed and working beautifully again. In retail things happen but it is how the seller handles the situation and in this case Alex nailed it.

I rented a Softub for my hubby for a couple of weeks for his Xmas present. I wanted to try the Softub as he has always said that he was not interested in a soft one. He has a bad back that really hurts when he gets off the tugboat after two weeks and thought the tub might help. Well he was in the Softub for 5 minutes and said " I want one". He was… in it every day and sometimes twice a day for the time we had it and his back felt great even after working around the yard. Joe was awesome setting it up and his wife Alex is wonderful to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. We have now

We bought a used Soft Tub (long story) that needed work. Alex and crew turned our lemon into lemonade (maybe not the best analogy)?. She found some used pieces and helped get us into the tub. Bottom line, if we had bought a reconditioned soft tub from Affordable Hot Tubs we would have been further ahead. Regardless we are converts both to Soft Tubs and to this company.

Affordable Hot Tubs has the best customer service, hands down. They were amazingly quick with the initial set-up of our Softub (which was initiated and completed the night before they went on vacation!) As well, when I contacted them about additional supplies they offered to drop it off to me when they were in town! They are just so nice.
More… recently though, we needed a small repair performed on our Softub and Alex and Joe definitely went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect before we got it back and did the repairs in a very timely manner. Alex is an amazing communicator
