Horrible experience. They didnt let me go inside with my bird and called me during the visit just to tell me “he looks good”. I paid $150 for my bird to be looked at for literally two mins and for the vet to say he looks good even when i asked specific questions about him. Go somewhere else where they actually care about your pet

Do not trust this doctor with your bird! He told me that theres nothing he can do to help my bird aside from givong her pain meds yet on the exam report he wrote that the condition can be treated with an antibiotic. On top of that he charged me to administer the medication that I bought without telling me about the charge. Ended up spending $180 to go home with a sick bird and nothing to help it

Dr. Kevin Saldanha truly has a calling and has ensured my furry/hairy family member keeps in good health. I am always happy with the grooming services provided by Jason and the entire staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I think the best commendation comes from my dog who is excited to go in and literally cries if I am only stopping by to pick up her food.

We have enjoyed every visit at Creditview Animal Hospital, I love the care and attention they offered to the pets/owners.
The staff is very polite and caring.
The veterinarian is amazing.
We own a budgie (bird), who has been going to see the vet for the pass 9 years, she is now 10 years old.
She just had her check up last week.
I highly recommend a visit.

I was able to book an appointment for the very same day compared to some other places, where I had to wait 3 weeks for my bird to be seen. The doctor was very good in explaining the what could be the cause my bird's condition and the treatment options. He did offer me a pain killer for the bird but since it was already getting better, I was able to decline it. The previous place (vet office) I went to gave me things to buy when I did not need them. The appointment was right on time and the doctor was open for questions. He also finished stating that I would be able to call him back if I have any

Dr. Kevin is amazing. I took my bird in 3 days ago for a cat attack. He had to do a surgery on him and prescribed medications. The bird is recovering and doing great! The nurse is also very professional and understanding; he kept me updated throughout the entire operation. Thank you so much for saving my bird's life!!!

So happy to have found this hospital. I had a terrible time finding appropriate care for my budgie, Baby. She was egg-bound a few weeks ago. I tried calling so many Vets in Toronto and it turned out that most clinics weren't equipped to examine/treat birds and the limited ones that could, weren't able to accommodate her due to their hours of… operation, even though it was a medical emergency! I was appreciative of the vet offices providing alternate office numbers. I called many, and one of the places I was referred to was the emerg hospital in Guelph (I live in Toronto) where I ended up

I just visited this veterinarian with my Canary, Lemon. I had to come on here and let everyone know what a great place this is!
From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and relaxed. I generally feel very anxious at the vet as things can quickly get pricey and often we are there for less than ideal reasons!
Anyhow, Dr.Saldanha was very gentle and kind to my sweet little canary. He very delicately looked him over and even removed his band that was a little snug. I have no doubt that Lemon will be on the mend now.
I highly recommend this practice!

I provided my pet's medical history & had gotten into some small talk about where I adopted my pet from. I was very annoyed when I had next met with Dr Saldanha, as he stated he had called the place I had adopted my pet from & that they verbally verified the information I provided. I got the impression Dr Saldanha thought I was lying for some reason, & instead of asking me for permission to contact the place of origin, he just went ahead anyways without any mention to me.

Dr. Saldanha and his professional team have provided the best medical care my dog could get. My 4 years old rescue was spayed last week, and there was complication during the surgery. It was quite a roller coaster ride for everyone, but he has made the best decision for her well being. My girl is recovering speedily. Thank you so much everyone!!!! :)

Dr. Saldanha is a very caring vet! It has been a couple of years since I took my beloved 13 year old budgie for a check up...it was a sad day as she was diagnosed with cancer. A few days later he called to check up on her. I will never forget how nice it was to know that he really cares about his patients!
