We got Aqua Tech to do a full pool liner, and we could not appreciate the hard work this team put into this project.
Of course there were delays, of course things were a bit late in relation to the season. But this had to do with the state of the supply chain which reflected the state of the world in early 2021.
What we did get was incredible work, daily progress and improvement recommendations. We could not praise Steph & Randy (Construction) and Alan (sales) for their continued communication and efforts during this season.

The customer is NEVER right is the mentality that prevails at Aquatech, in addition to having highly toxic environmentand misogynistic undertones. Unless you want to be bullied, disrespected, to be charged before your project is even finished and inspected, to receive poor quality workmanship that doesn't last a season, or be called names and not have your warranty honoured, Aquatech is not your best choice.

We went with Aqua-Tech based on their stellar reputation and they didn't disappoint! Our in ground pool was done on time and on budget. The couple of hiccups that came to pass were cheerfully addressed to our complete satisfaction!
The only complaint I can come up with is that they don't sell liquid chlorine - they're still a bit old-school in that regard I guess. Nonetheless they get a full five stars from us for the build.

Had our pool installed almost 15 years ago, and still looks great! Staff is wonderful, and treat you like family. Remember you when you walk in the door, and come to close your pool year after year. Nice to see familiar faces. Bio-Guard products have been excellent keeping our pool clean and clear, and resolving any issues we've ever had.

Amazing customer service! I had been visiting a pool service closer to my home for a couple seasons as it was more convenient, however, I am back to making the trek across the city. Late April/ early May I went into Aquatec to get information about repairing/ replacing part of wood units in my bathroom that they installed in 1999. Also put in a pool in 1999, so spent about $40k. Talked to flirt staff in bathroom Reno department. Said they would call to arrange a visit. I showed pics of diminished wood colouring on doors, shelf… sides, valence, face pieces coming off, etc. No call back. May 2018, I called Glen the owner & left a message. He called back & assured me someone would respond. I received a call & we scheduled a visit. Contractor came & stayed

We had a very good experience with these guys.
Aquatech was able to come out very quickly to clean and refill our hot tub after we called them the first time. Unfortunately, the fellow they sent out made a mistake and our water needed to be replaced again. The company responded extremely quickly and professionally as soon as we told them about the problem. They had someone out by noon the next day and our hot tub is working fantastic. We were impressed.
