Best customer service in the business. After purchasing a used boat this summer and taking it out a few times, I found out that the motor had a cracked engine block. In desperation for a new motor, I reached out to several marine shops. I received several quotes including one from James at Valley Marine and his was by far the most competitive. James was also extremely knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to talk over the phone when others weren't. Needed to check my prop on my boat since I tapped a bit of gravel due to shallow water. I call James and he suggested in bringing it in after hours to check it out. James contributed his time after hours to accommodate me which very hard to find at any dealerships. James has the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. From what I experienced, Valley Marine is all about customer service. I would highly recommend Valley Marine to anyone that wants the greatest customer service.

So I’m a new boat owner and I wanted to summarize my boat and they went out of there way to show me a lot about the boat and walked me through how to summarize my boat I have nothing but great things to say about them very honest! my tower wasn’t installed correctly by the person that had the boat before me and they showed me exactly why it could be unsafe. Unfortunately had to deal with an insurance claim on my boat. James at Valley Marine was fantastic. Service was second to none, parts were far cheaper than anywhere else in the valley and labour cost was reasonable. Boat was ready when James said it would be and was back on the water with zero issues. I have been back since for other minor items with the boat and the service is still stellar. James and his team were amazing. Our boat sunk 2 years ago and they worked tirelessly to get it back in shape. Unfortunately it was a tough job as there were issues. Many other companies would have given up but James and his crew did not. I am very pleased to say the boat is better than new. Everything works and it is beautiful.
