When Dr. Gord Eckler was a teenager, he accidentally was hit in the mouth with a baseball. A few of his front teeth had fallen out and Dr. Gord was taken straight to the dentist who helped fix his upper front teeth! This experience motivated him to study dentistry and from there, he decided to pursue orthodontics.

My 19 year old daughter was home for a couple of weeks over the holidays and asked for an appointment to fix her wire. Smile Solutions was so wonderful and immediately worked around her schedule to get her in before she had to return to university. She was very happy to have her wire fixed. When getting your braces a lot goes through your mind like are they decent? Do they stand by their work? Will they make sure it’s a smooth sailing until I get the smile I am confident of. The reviews say it all. Dr. Shane, Dr Black and the team are honestly gods sent. They have been a family to my son and I not just our orthodontists, from the first appointment to the removal of the braces of my son they not only have been professional but helpful and very informative. Everyone is very friendly and they have a great atmosphere. I went in to have my permanent retainer fixed, and not only did she fix it, she also went an extra mile to fix a little gap I had in my front teeth. Goes to show that they will go above and beyond for their patients! This is the only place id recommend to anyone who needs to have their teeth corrected!

I just recently got my braces off after 2.5 years of treatment. My experience here was hands down amazing! I've always looked forward to every appointment because i knew i was in good hands and everyone is so caring, understanding and kind! I also had the kindest orthodontic hygienist who took on a few of my remaining appointments and talking to her always made my day. Although I was not able to thank her personally, i'd hope this reaches her somehow. But the entire staff genuinely tries to make connections with their patients and get to know them which is really nice. Overall, the environment

When we started with Smile Solutions what they were going to do was very well explained to us and was followed by corresponding documents.During the 2 year 3 month process there were no surprises both financially and with the braces themsleves.
The Brampton facility is a well oiled machine.
All the staff handles themselves with the utmost professionalism. The site was very clean and the atmosphere was always very welcoming.
The basic process is scary to anyone..but they handle their clients very well.

First time at the Brampton location, had to fix up my bottom retainer. Caroline fixed me up, very professional, friendly and great communication. Prices here are very reasonable.
Only complaint I had was I think they went a little overboard with the Covid stuff, Covid checklist was way too long and they had each area plasticed off like Dexter was about to come in there. I don't think all of that is necessary but it is what it is.

I had an amazing experience with Smile Solutions! The staff at both the Brampton and Mississauga locations are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I always felt so comfortable attending their office every visit. I just got my braces off and couldn't be happier with my new smile! I highly recommend visiting their office for your orthodontic treatment!

Both of my girls and in braces! They really appreciate the care and attention that they get at the Brampton location. Appointments are quick and easy. During this pandemic all the staff have taken the time to ensure my girls are kept safe when they are there. If the girls experience any discomfort or hey are seen promptly and the issue is taken care of. Money well spent.
