Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made with our practice manager. Please remember, the patient is fully responsible for all fees charged by this practice (regardless of insurance coverage). Any balance remaining after the patient's insurance has paid is the patient's responsibility.
With conscious sedation dentistry, there are no intravenous anesthetics involved and you will not be entirely unconscious during your dental procedure. Conscious sedation dentistry is a means of putting you in an extremely relaxed state - the point to which you may not feel anything that's happening, but you will be able to communicate with those around you.

I am one of those anxiety ridden people who avoids dentists at all cost. I finally had to go and was pleasently surprised at how VERY nice and patient they were with me!!! Starting on the phone and following through the visit. They took the time I needed and did all they could to keep me calm! They are definitely my dentists office now!!

The Muslim assistant was very knowledgeable and courteous with enormous respect for the profession. I was happy to see the racial diversity at the practice and was overwhelmed by the complete and thorough gambit of information and options given me concerning my oral health.

I had a filling on my teeth fall out and called them on Monday, they setup an appointment to see me on Tuesday. After spending 40 minutes getting x ray done and dentist checked on me. They said they are fully booked for next 2 weeks and can not see me for the treatment until after 2 weeks. I have to pay $131 for the X-ray and see another dentist for a quicker treatment. If the dentist is not available today to give me treatment they should not setup appointment at all. They not only wasted my time but also my money. To me this is a scam.

From start to finish I had a great experience
Technician Cassandra was amazing so gentle and explained everything very thoroughly
Dentist Powell was also super nice and gentle also giving full explanation very thoroughly.
I experienced no pain and had two extractions highly would recommend this practice

The staff was really nice and pleasant. From the beginning of the visit down to the end of the visit I was very comfortable, walking in my nerves where shook!. They helped eased that fear just by being warm and welcoming. Dr. Powell’s work was painless, very well done and in a reasonable time. His professionalism also was excellent. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Jacob is always very patient and never rushes you. He never keeps you waiting for long. I will never go to anyone else as long as he is in practice. I like that he does the cleaning as well. I used to be scared of going to dentist but he has made me more relaxed and not as nervous. Keep up the good work Dr. Jacob. His staff are also very pleasant and have a very nice manner
