Nothing INSTANT about this place, extremely misleading. Rude owner who thinks he knows everything about the industry just because hes old, clear money grab hes looking for the most profit. No idea how this is rated a 4.4 owner must be deleting reviews. Highly discourage any new business owners or even just the people that need a small print to avoid this place at all costs.

I highly recommend anyone looking for an embroidery service to stay away from this location. This is a very unclean place with a very disrespectful owner. The owner started off at a very unreasonable price which forced me to start negotiating as if I we're in a third world country. What initially started at $200 dropped down to $80 within seconds. This shows how dishonest and dirty this man is. He will try to rip you off, no matter what price he gives you - you can surly drop it by another 120% and still be getting ripped off. Disgusting and dishonorable service is what I left thinking about this

I dropped in to get two hoodies embroidered with custom dates on it for me and my boyfriend and the process was super quick and easy! the guy was super helpful and was really nice, he made sure I got exactly what I wanted on them. He even let me watch the process! It was a really cool experience and I would definitely come again. I have already recommended it to my friends and family.
