Had a appointment set up with these guys. Booked the day off, only for them not to show up. Called multiple times left messages someone finally answered and told me they would get back to me never did.
Unprofessional save your time and money use someone else.

They call repeatedly every 2 months & change the story each & every time that they call. When you say that you are not interested, they respond with obscenities and hang up. After a couple of months goes by & they call back, I simply ask them why they hang up on me, & they hang up again. It's very unprofessional, & if they can complete the duct cleaning services to the home owners satisfaction, I would be surprised, because they can't even finish a phone call.

Very good service. They were able to fit me in very quickly; only 2 days after calling for a quote. They showed up on time, and did a great job. And it ended up costing even less then the quote. Our ducts are probably good for 8-10 years.
