Extremely disappointing service. Owner shipped incorrect color sheet set and forgot parts of our order. We incurred addt'l shipping fees for missing parts and then we were left with items of two different colors! Owner apologized and said she'd research but then did absolutely nothing over many months of inquiry attempts. We finally gave up and returned unopened parts of order at our expense and then never received a refund. The credit card company had to recover funds and we were left with sheets of a different color than we ordered and no pillows cases to match. Much lost time, international

Nice selection. A bit pricey. I was thinking of getting some unusually nice towels but decided to hold off to see if I would think it was really worth it. Still, if I had money to burn and you might if you are in Yaletown this could be a good place for you. Enjoyable though just to walk around and touch things.
