After some dumb dumb (me) in an effort to save some heat by not opening OH door high enough….I caught the OH door with a forklift.
Knocked off the track, panel bent/ripped, bent hinges, ripped weather stripping, cables off……
Of course it happened when it was -35C. Their response time was good (given the weather and being busy) but the 2 guys that showed up were top notch. Went right to work and got it temporarily fixed up so door was usable.
Charges were very fair and I would have them back anytime. (Hopefully won’t need them)

Have had our Wallace and Wallace garage door operable and working for 2 years now. We are very happy with the look and the product that was supplied and installed.
Recently, we had an issue with the garage door that I had contacted Mathew about. We both agreed that this small repair should have been covered by warranty but was outside of the 1 year Warranty window. They provided the proper response that they would come to do the repair free of charge. Great customer service when it needed to be! They got out quickly and repaired the issue and checked over everything else. Will continue to be a

Our overhead door stopped working just when it got supper cold and stormy, i called a few door repair centres before calling Wallace and no one would commit to even giving me an exact date when they could make it to see what needs to be done, when i called Wallace + Wallace i spoke with a lady by the name of Jackie, very polite and professional, she was able to send someone down with in an hour, repair technicians were also professional to interact with. thank you very much.

Wallace & Wallace installed my fence approximately 17 years ago. It still looks pretty much new except for the odd post that lifted slightly (or perhaps the ground has sunk slightly). As a result, I gave them a call for service work on the fence. They quickly attended and provided an estimate. Once approved, the work was completed promptly and professionally. Back to looking like new again.
