Detailed topographic surveys for architects, engineers and property owners. From a simple site survey to highly detailed 3D models, our team can tailor the final product to customer-specific needs. Most Municipalities in the Lower Mainland require a survey to be completed in order to apply for a building permit. In addition to that, architects, engineers, designers and other professionals often require a survey while participating in a building project. We can deliver the survey results in three main formats: PDF of the topographic survey plan, Autodesk DWG, point cloud in various file formats (PTS, E57, LAS).
In order for 360 Land Surveying to begin helping you with construction related survey services we require design information such as architects and engineer's drawings, information from municipality and any other relevant information about the site. Approved for construction copies (preferably scanned in PDF format) of building or development permit drawings;.
360 Land Surveying Ltd is often asked to provide advice in locating property lines on the ground. This is done by finding old and/or setting new boundary markers. In most cases, there two types of posts that are placed: iron posts (see photo to the left) and lead plugs. Every time a legal boundary marker is set or restored, BCLS must file a Posting Plan in Land Title Office (LTO).

In certain zones City of Vancouver requires applicants to complete a BUILDING GRADE SURVEY and DESIGN.

Incredible unprofessional company! They did not perform their work properly and the city of Burnaby refused to accept my Architects drawings in for building permits until the survey drawings are corrected. Called 360 Land Survey, they said I could pick up the corrected drawings the next day. One week later and I am camped out in their office because no one will return my calls or emails and now they are refusing to fix their mistakes on the drawings. They forgot to mark the land survey posts they installed on the drawing. Will never work with this company again!!!!

Evgeny did a very good job at my house and my friend's. He came on the date as promised and he is a very approachable guy. After the survey I had some questions that needed him to come back to my property and without hesitation he did. I highly recommend them.

Evgeny did a great job of surveying our and our neigbour's adjoining properties. Once contacted, he quickly generated an estimate for us including several emails back and forth to make sure everything was understood. He arrived on the day he promised and completed the job when he said he would. The work was everything we had hoped for and was excellent value for the money.

Evgeny Petushkov is an excellent land surveyor, highly professional, and incredibly responsive. Evgeny advised me on exactly the best service that would meet my particular needs. He took the time to explain various parts of the surveying process to me, thus helping me to understand what applied to my particular needs. It is often the case that professionals do not provide this additional educational service to their clients, simply because it is not required. He was very cordial and answered all of my questions. In terms of responsiveness, Evgeny replied to my initial inquiry in only a few hours

I shopped around before settling on Evgeny at 360 Land Surveying to reestablish our property boundaries for fencing purposes. He was very helpful from the initial phone discussion, taking the time to understand our needs and explaining the different survey options possible. He was also the only one to disclose previous survey data registered on title (that others also could access) which helped us to better understand our lot. He got the job done very quickly - working on a Saturday - and even returned to stake one more post that we had forgotten to ask him to mark. He walked us around the property

Evgeny is everything you want from a land surveyor. There was no pain at all involved in getting our survey done on time and correctly. He will go over the process of what needs to be done with the survey to suit your needs. He doesn't blindly do a survey without knowing what the survey will be used for. He is easy to get in touch with and his drawings are the easiest to read and nicest I've seen from a surveyor. It is quite obvious that he goes above and beyond what is required of a certified land surveyor.
