We just bought a home through Sano and Dan Stante and we could not be happier with our experience. Sano was very thorough in assessing our desires and needs during our initial meeting. From there, we worked with Dan regularly to look at homes. Our scope changed midway through the process, however, Dan was always willing to listen and advise as… necessary.
We eventually found the perfect home and Dan was fantastic throughout the offer process and all the negotiations that followed. Dan was there for us every step of the way, including when contractors were coming in and out to discuss renovations
