Our teenage son was leaving food in his room and in the basement, which turned into a nightmare mouse problem. We had a couple of different Pest control companies in with no success. Once the Japco team came in, we started having immediate success, and were able to get rid of the mice within a couple of weeks. Their traps were discreet, safe, and effectively placed. Thank you!

JAPCO was excellent with the information they provided over the phone as well as the technician, Andrew, who came out to our home. Andrew advised us that no treatment was actually needed as we did not have an ant problem like we thought we did. We really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. I can’t express my thanks enough! We have been battling mice for about 4 years!! They come in as soon as the weather gets cold. We use snap traps, they are gone for a month or two and then come back. They finally moved upstairs from the basement and we decided to call pest control. we were worried it would cost us lots of money and would never end.… I called every single company, the largest company to the smallest one man show. Without question, the level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care and service from Joe Patton and the entire JAPCO team was excellent. Having used a competitor service in the past, it is easy to see why JAPCO is so much more superior. Right from the first conversation on the phone to the two visits from a couple of knowledgeable, personable and professional technicians, we felt quite cared for and treated like part of their family. We had been dealing with a mouse problem in our home for many months. We had originally contacted a different pest control company, and it was the absolute opposite of Japco. At Japco someone always answered my inquiries! The technician (Awesome Andrew) showed up and did a thorough inspection, found the entry points & gave me a bunch of tips. The price is really reasonable. No matter how many questions I had and how many times I called these guys - they were more than happy to help! Above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.

I used JAPCO in the spring for my cluster fly problem (that has been an issue for years!) and then had another spray today (in the fall) on the outside of the house. Dean Gibson came out, he was prompt and incredibly thorough. I highly recommend JAPCO for their services. My experience has been that they take customer care to the next level and I have seen an incredible difference. Prices are reasonable and the service is amazing!
