The Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) is responsible for regulating and licensing the people and companies who build and sell new homes in Ontario, giving new home buyers confidence in one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Over the years we have continually received the Service Excellence rating for the Ontario new Home Warranty Program.
We cover one of the largest building areas in Ontario. We build from Pointe au Baril and Katrine to the North, Baysville and Coboconk to the East, Tottenham to the South and Meaford to the West. This includes Muskoka, Simcoe County, York Region, Dufferin County and everything in between.

A&R is the builder we decided to use after months of research on custom home and module home designs. A&R Like all builders use many trades to raise your your home from excavation to final finished stage. We did experience problems with craftsmanship in the beginning of our project. Rene the owner who does listen to your concerns acted quickly to address and rectify all problems to our expectations. A&R allowed us to change some of the designs of the home along the way which is unheard of with other builders. Rene will work with you to make your dream home come true. The site supervisor Dan is
