The management team of BC Preferred Restoration has over 20 years experience in helping people who have experienced a flood, or sewer back up. We also have extensive experience with the insurance industry and we are familiar with their different requirements. This knowledge often makes all the difference in a claim proceeding smoothly.
At BC Preferred Restoration we make use of the latest technology. We use an IR Camera that allows us to see through walls and floors to check for the source of leaks and water damage. This is just one way in which we use technology to address water problems. We also work with an extensive team of plumbers, drain professionals, flood technicians, and other important types of skilled tradesmen.

Most properties can be dried in 2-4 days using our Quick Dry System. Whatever the cause, BC Preferred Restoration professional damage restoration services are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day to respond to an emergency. You get our quick dry System, which is the most advanced equipment available - to dry any areas completely so that the threat of mold growth and pathogen spread is minimized or eliminated.
Flood cleanup, water damage, water removal and the restoration that follows can be very quickly done. The cost associated with it is low, especially compared to the cost of a mould remediation if the drying is not taken care of promptly and properly. Flood restoration repairs typically involves carpet, baseboard, drywall and contents.
Physical cleanup requires pumping out of all water, sewage waste and debris. Then all the rest of the wet is removed by vacuum or professional dryers and dehumidification. All contaminated rugs, other hard to disinfect flooring, furniture, contaminated wall board and insulation are removed. Chemical disinfection requires use of disinfectants to eliminate microbial organisms like bacteria and viruses.
Get advanced, certified and experienced and trained cleanup and restoration in your time of need. We handle all the insurance paperwork for you! Water damage restoration and cleanup is now very advanced and based on the science and practice of known atmospheric air mixtures and water vapour control and its effect on materials.

Really good professionals, had a difficult situation and they navigated it all . Had to call them back for what i thought was a warranty issue, turns out it had nothing to do with the workmanship. I screwed up. I was my oversight but they happily came back and didn't charge me. Ask for Steve and Sajan. They are great .

Had a sewer backup and BC Preferred came to give an estimate for restoration. I was hesitant to use them at first as the previous reviews online were mixed. To save time, I decided to proceed with them. The communication with the estimator Steve was excellent. Alex, the contractor doing the work was also excellent. Great communication and great work. i recommend.

My son house's washroom was asked to be inspected for a leak in the washroom. Mr.Rooter came in inspected and said that 2 feet water was accumulated behind the toilet, installed several fans. After several follow up removed the fans. Cut up unnecessary wood around the toilet and said the claim submission will be taken care but was not done for quite some time. It's not professional. The job is not yet done.
