We used our first ever service with PTC and it was a great experience. The driver took the time to bring plastic bags and put the items in and they made sure everything was properly packed before delivering it to its destination. This was not part of the service but they still provided that extra touch to make life easier for us. If you want a great courier service, do not look any further!

I've been working with PTC for the last five years. They have treated me incredibly and I've never over charged my battery. You see, I am their shop telephone that helps them in their warehouse. I've been very happy with the employees that have been using me. I have never been dropped and my screen is still in perfect condition! I've been very lucky to work with other shop phones!

I've got the opportunity to work with Personal Touch as an Independent Contractor and I must say even for a short period of time, I have had a wonderful experience dealing and working with Mr. Robert. I personally find him as kind, understandable and professional in every way. Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to stay long in the company due to some unavoidable circumstances. But I am hoping that if given another chance of opportunity I could be able to extend my stay and become a part of Personal Touch Courier family.

Not professional to courier drivers at all. Management personally told me that "this was a dictatorship" even though we are supposed independent contractors. Couldn't even find time to eat lunch or use washroom. Hopefully this can change in the courier industry as we are misclassified. Do not use personal touch if you can.

Today I had a very disappointing bloomex experience to have flowers delivered to my mother work. What turned this around, was personal touch courier! I spoke to a man on the phone and he really above and beyond to ensure that my mothers flowers were delivered that day. He somehow managed to have them brought to her home, since it was then too late to have them sent to her work. To who ever that man is, thank you! You’ve really made her day. I would recommend this company any day!
